First year team member Nick Lewis is down in Allison, Arkansas for the Sylamore 50k this weekend. For those of you who don’t  know Nick, here is a quote for a top ultra runner- “When Nick gets going he is like a train.”

    What is it with ultras and the inability to get results online in a timely manner? It’s like an affliction.
