2 more course records fall to Team Pearl Izumi-Smith

Down in New Mexico, Darcy Africa ran strong in her first 50 of the year and came away with a solid 1st place women’s and 10th overall finish in a time of 10:48.44 which set a new course record for the current course route for the Jemez 50 miler. Great job Darcy! Full race results here.

Josh Brimhall was out in California running in the Bishop 100k located in the foothills of the Eastern Sierra Nevada’s. Josh finished in 10:35.40 which was good enough for first place- almost 2 hours ahead of the 2nd spot. By the way- Josh set the course record. Nice work Josh- a great trainer for Western.
